Stacy Gabriel

Stacy has been practicing employment law since 1993.  Her practice is devoted to counseling both management/employers and employees on a wide variety of employment law issues and representing her clients in employment-related claims in court and before state and federal administrative agencies.  She regularly advises clients on employment contracts, arbitration, restrictive covenant, and separation agreements, HR policies and practices, and wage and hour and other state/federal law compliance.  She also regularly provides training to her clients on HR “best practices.”  Stacy’s diverse client base includes both large, publicly traded companies, small privately-held organizations, public entities, and individuals.

In addition to acting as a lawyer advocate and advisor to her clients, Stacy’s practice consists of performing “neutral” work as a third party HR investigator, mediator, and independent personnel hearing officer for government entities.
